Originally, this song was listed on the album as 5 tracks. But because the times we live in, it just became too difficult to enjoy as song fragments on Brian's purple anodized i-pod shuffle. The first part of the song was recorded in the RV/tour bus in Denver, CO thanks to a long extension cord leading to the house of Johnny Qualley and Adam of the band Oakhurst. The song then took shape throughout the rest of the tour until Black Camaro returned home. Months later, the rest of Rendezvous was recorded throughout several sessions. This song would also mark the first time actual horns would be used on a BC track. Rendezvous was a highly ambitious effort in theme and composition, especially noted by the band's re-creation of a marching band parading past the listener who stands on the curb of Main St, Anytown, USA. The song contains many instances of candid background conversation because at this point, Black Camaro clearly did not give a fuck. Also, the notion of repetitive lyrics is important because either A.) They were heavily into Eastern philosophy and the cosmic cycle at the time or B.) lazy.
